Almost every large bank in London holds a licence. What varies is the programme: a bank can sponsor its analyst scheme and not its operations scheme, or decide role by role. So most banks read Ask here until their own pages say more.
Analyst offers often come out of spring weeks and summer internships, a year or more ahead. Check the dates on the spring week calendar on getajobintheuk.com (opens getajobintheuk.com), then ask each bank about sponsorship before you apply.
No. A licence means it can sponsor. Whether it sponsors your programme is in its own words, which is why each plate shows them with a date.
Most banks do not publish graduate salaries on their own pages. Ask reads as "check the offer against the threshold", not as a warning.
One lamp is Stop: the bank says it does not sponsor this programme, or it was not found on the register. Look at Plan B before spending time there.
